About the event
the Queer Surf Club community will be gathering and marching to support London Trans Pride 2023.
The grassroots protest, which first took place in 2019, aims to “celebrate the memory of trans lives taken and uphold the next generation of trans revolutionaries”. 2023 is expected to be the biggest expression of Trans solidarty to date.
Please register a ticket just so we can understand numbers of attendees.
We strong encourage cis-gendered allies to attend and march in solidarity with the Trans community.
Timings & need to knows:
- 12:00 - We'll start to meet outside Finisterre, 7 Earlham St, London WC2H 9LL
- 12:45 - We'll leave for Trafalgar Square, the offical gathering location of the event.
- 13:00 - March leaves from Trafalgar Square
Please note, this is not a QSC meet up - instead we are trying to understand numbers of who from our community will be attending & gathering. We are showing up to support London Trans Pride.
