Stepping Up
Queer Surf Club started with 7 surfers that came together only with a shared love for the sea and to find a community. That community has since grown into regular meet ups with 120+ members as well as 1000+ members online. As QSC grows so must our team of volunteers and roles within the club. The Queer Surf Club is a global community of LGBTQ+ surfers and allies. We're driven by our
purpose of creating inclusive surfing to save our oceans. We know the more people we can get into the ocean, the more people that are passionate about saving them. If you share these values and would like to get involved as either a trustee or a volunteer. Head below to see what roles we have a available and follow the links to apply.
Volunteering & Roles
There are two ways in which you can support QSC with your free time & skills; Trustee Roles or Volunteering.
Trustee Roles are formalised volunteer roles, with flexible commitments, outcomes and tenure. Trustees roles form the Trustee Council, which shape and lead QSC.
You can discover the roles & apply below.
Volunteering opportunities are ad-hoc support of the Trustee Council, areas of work we need support to bring the Queer Surf Club vision to life. You can register your area of interest to volunteer below.
